Pricing: Prices are listed in the currency applicable to your region and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before accepting an order.
Corporate & Bulk Orders: If you require a large quantity of a specific item or a custom corporate gift solution, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order. Bulk orders often require lead times and custom material sourcing. We will provide you with a personalized quote and a confirmed production timeline.

3. Payment

We accept payments via online gateways (including Paystack) and direct bank transfers for verified corporate clients.

For online orders, full payment is required at checkout.
For WhatsApp/custom orders, a deposit may be required before production begins on high-value or bulk items.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are provided at the point of order. These are estimates based on our logistics partners’ current capacity. Specific timelines for standard orders are confirmed via email or SMS. For bulk or custom orders, timelines are confirmed in writing via WhatsApp.
Delays: While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, international carriers, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Responsibility: Once an item is dispatched, the risk of loss or damage passes to the carrier. We will assist you in tracking and claiming insurance (where applicable), but replacement of lost items is handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Damage & Defects: If an item arrives damaged or falls below our “Uncompromising Quality” standard, we will replace it or issue a refund. Please provide clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
